240#目棕剛玉是以鋁礬土、無煙煤、鐵屑作為主要原料，在電弧爐內(nèi)經(jīng)高溫?zé)捴贫?，呈棕褐色，韌性好，顯微硬度1800-2200kg/mm2,體積密度3.85g/cm3,耐高溫，耐火度高達(dá)1850℃，由于它具有耐高溫，強(qiáng)度高，抗氧化，耐侵蝕，耐磨損等優(yōu)良性能，所以在耐火材料和磨料磨具行業(yè)被廣泛使用，可做耐火材料和磨料。 Brown fused alumina is made of bauxite, anthracite coal, and smelted in electric-arc furnace of high temperature more than 2000 degrees. Abrasives tools made by brown fused alumina are suitable for metal with high tensile(like: steel, malleable iron, bronze etc). Suitable for product high consolidation abrasive, and suitable for grinding, polishing, blasting, precision casting etc. brown fused alumina is also used for refractory material. Brown fused alumina with characteristics like: high purity, good crystalline liquidity, low coefficient of linear expansion, corrosion resistance, high temperature, high strength. |
